From sign-in to a synced sheet in about five minutes.

Five steps, nothing to install, and no setup work inside QuickBooks.

  1. Sign in with Google

    Your Figures account is your Google account. A card is required for the 14-day trial, and you won’t be charged until it ends.

    • Per-file Drive access is required: it’s how Figures creates your report sheets and writes each morning’s figures into them.
    • It’s limited to those files. Figures never sees the rest of your Drive, not your other files or folders.

  2. Connect QuickBooks

    Choose Connect to QuickBooks, sign in with Intuit, and approve read-only access. Figures pulls the reports you pick and can never change your books.

  3. Pick a report and where it lands

    Add a sync, choose a report, and send it to a new Google Sheet or one you already have.

    • Defaults are filled in (accrual basis, by month, fiscal year-to-date) and easy to change.

  4. Set your morning schedule

    Daily is the default. Figures refreshes between 6:00 and 7:00 AM in your time zone, so today’s figures are waiting before you start.

    • Prefer a slower rhythm? Switch to weekly or manual anytime.

  5. Your first sync

    Finish the wizard and your first sync starts right away, running in the background and landing in a tab Figures manages and marks:

    • If a refresh ever fails, your sheet keeps the last good figures and Figures tells you what happened.
