Figures

Terms of Service

Effective June 5, 2026

Draft. These beta terms are still being finalized and aren’t legal advice. They’ll be replaced with reviewed terms before billing launches.

These terms cover your use of Figures, a service that syncs reports from QuickBooks Online into Google Sheets. By using Figures you agree to them.

Beta service

Figures is in beta and provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We’ll do our best to keep your syncs running and to tell you when something breaks.

Not financial advice

Figures moves your QuickBooks data into Google Sheets exactly as QuickBooks reports it. It does not provide accounting, tax, or financial advice. Always verify the numbers — you remain responsible for how you use them.

Your data and accounts

You keep ownership of your data and your Google Sheets. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for keeping your QuickBooks and Google accounts secure.

Cancel anytime

There’s no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like by deleting your syncs, disconnecting your accounts, or emailing support@figureshq.com. Your Google Sheets stay with you.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Figures — no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or access it in ways these terms or the law don’t allow.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months (during beta, that may be zero). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware [or founder’s home state — to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post changes here and, for material changes, email you. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions? support@figureshq.com.
